TRAINING & RECRUITMENT: (Brief)
» All our security personnel are trained in accordance to PSARA norms.
» All personal provided by us are fully trained in security related assignments.
» They are vetted and duly verified by the police department before deployment.
» They are given additional training for specific duties required at clients premises.
» Special emphasis is laid by us on gate house handling (Including regulation of authorized) patrolling, fire fighting,
» first aid; handling emergency situations, maintenance of documents, handling of communication systems etc. The security personnel are minimum matriculate.
» Specialized training of 7 days is imparted to security personnel to be deployed at a specific location i.e. ATMS,
MNCS, ports, retails, institutions, manufacturing or hospitality sector.
» Constant refresher training and on-the-job trainings are imparted-culminating in 29 training days for every new
inductees and 17 days for existing employees.
» Specific need based training is given to employees on emergent basis.
MANPOWER SOURCING, TRAINING & CONTROLS :-
» Sourcing of manpower by hand picking prospects from remote areas.» We have arrangements to source PSARA trained Guards, from Govt. recognized agencies.
» We have established training centers in several states under a scheme associated with ministry of MSME (NIESBUD).
» Each person hired undergoes a minimum of 21 days of training at any of the training centers.
» Each facility wherein guards are deployed, will have, apart from the managerial hierarchy.
» Personnel who conduct discreet surveillance to give feeders to the top management team.
» Periodic security audits. Payments are made on time irrespective of the credit terms with clients.
» The company is committed to paying salary in time.
» Fully compliant on payroll related statutory obligations.
PHYSICAL PARAMETER OF SECECTION
The guards / security staff so provided to have impressive physical bearing meeting the following parameters:-
1. Guard:-
A. Height : 5’6” to 5’8”B. Weight: Proportionate to height and most certainly not overweight.
C. Medically fit to undertake physical stress
D. Eye site: 6x6 and not to be night or color blind.
E. Minimum education level acceptable is Matriculation from a recognized university.
F. Not to be less than 18 years and below 40 year.
2. Supervisor:-
A. Weight: Proportionate to height and not obese.B. Medically fit to undertake physical stress.
C. Eye site: 6x6 and not to be night or color blind.
D. Minimum education level acceptable is plus 2 from a recognized university.
E. He should have served as a supervisor in any company for not less than 6 months.
F. Not to be less than 30 -45 years.
G. To be an ex service man or should have min 05-10 years experience in security.
H. He should be mentally and physically very active with good leadership qualities.
3. Gun man:-
A. Weight: Proportionate to height and certainly not overweight.B. Medically fit to undertake physical stress.
C. Eye site: 6x6 and not to be night or color blind.
D. Minimum education level acceptable is Matriculation from a recognized university.
E. He should have served as a gun man in any company for not less than 6 months.
F. Age - 25 -45 years of age.
